THE CHOICE OF EQUIPMENT

In this section, we tried to describe all those things that we use during fishing ourselves.
Please, take special care of the list of necessary gear, the region is known for unpredictable
weather.
So, let's start packing for a weekly fishing in the camp «Putorany.ru»:

PERSONAL STUFF:

Pack all your stuff in the Dry Bag or backpack with a waterproof insert - hermetic pack.
Hermetic pack is chosen for the bag's size and its volume should be a little larger. It will let to
save all you things absolutely clean and dry regardless of overcoming kilometers and
weather conditions.
    - At first, it is important not to forget individual meds. Remember, you will be far enough from localities.
    - Toiletries (soap, towel, toothbrush, etc.)
    - Mosquito and fly repellents. After bite cream.
    - Photo and video equipment with chargers (there is a compact petrol power
    station in the camp)

   Clothing and Footwear:

We recommend to buy underwear, shirts,
pants, gloves and other clothes with insect
shield
• Hiking boots will be your main footwear for the
entire period. Especially they will be valuable
for pike fishing from the shore.
• EVA boots or rubber boots (at will)
• Light, preferably waterproof footwear for camp
• Flip-flops, light slippers for tent and steam bath
• Linen for steam bath (bathing cap, swimming trunks, etc.)
• Water & wind proof jacket (membrane)
• Water & wind proof trousers (membrane)
• Headgear (fleece hat, baseball cap)
• Fleece jacket and pants
• T-shirts and long-sleeve shirts
• Thermal underwear for sleep
• Socks + socks for change
• Change of underwear
   Fishing gear:

• Wading jacket
• Waders
• Wader socks
• Thermal underwear for waders
• Wading footwear
• Gloves
• Mosquito net
• Polarized sunglasses
• Cap (fleece hat)
• Spinning rod
• Camping pad for sitting
• Head torch and batteries
• Knife, multi-tool Leatherman
• Fly fishing rod
• Sets of flies
• Set of fishing lures

FOR TRAVELLING BY THE BOATS, YOU WILL NEED:

Insulated and waterproof outfit (you can use insulated underwear and waterproof insulation suits Thinsulate or PRIMALOFT).
Insulated waterproof gloves.
Headgear: Buff or windshield mask for warm season and (or) windproof winter balaclava for
cold season. Using of baseball caps in the airboat is forbidden.
Glasses or mask, protecting eyes from insects.
EVA boots or rubber boots (at will).
